Some advice as how to proceed:

I'm currently unemployed, today, I was walking through my local area and saw a 'staff required' sign in the window of a kebab shop. I went in to ask about it, and was told 'We don't hire women'. I was stunned, tried to find out why, was rebuffed again, told them 'Glad to know you're rolling you your patties with your penis', and left. I came back later to get more info, and was ordered to get out of the store when I asked for the address. I told the same guy he was breaking the law by refusing to hire women, he told me he got a lot of Islamic customers, and didn't want to offend them by hiring women. I then demanded to speak to the manager. He told me he was the manager.

Who do I go to in order to report these people? Would suing them be an option?

It might be worth taking a look here:

I'd guess they're breaking employment law and there should be a way to report them somewhere on this site!

Oh and having checked they're also breaking the Equalities Act, the Equal Opportunities Act and the Sex Discrimination Act.

I'd say that was enough to get them into all sorts of trouble!
