Well, my laptops has finally given up the ghost, and all I can do is thank my stars I had the sense to save all my stories to a CD before the hardrive gave out. Anyway, the long and short of it is that I've lost my laptop, all my saved games, all Internet pages saved in the last six months, and my first attempt at chapter five. This will probably mean getting a new computer so don't expect anything from me for the next week or two. My life really sucks sometimes. Skull Bearer.

That sure sucks. Good you at least managed to save your stories.
I often loose my data thanks to my sister. She once in a while manages to infect our PC with a virus that makes it impossible to get to system. And there goes all my data, sometimes about 3-4 GB of anime and music.
Ahh, but shit happens, what you lost can be restored after a while ne?

The bloody thing got a virus, and is still down. Fingers crossed I'll have a replacement wired up by the end of the week.
