1 Raistlin/Dalamar/Palin, because I am porny.
2 ... and nothing else. I tend to be something of a hopeless romantic and the characters tend to regard their partner as their 'one and only'. It's cheesy, but I love it anyway and it makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
Top 5 Canon Pairings
1- Magneto/Xavier. Tell me it's not canon. Come on, I dare you.
2- Jack/Ennis (Brokeback Mountain is love)
3- Renly/Loras (from A Song of Ice and Fire)
4- Max/Horst from Martin Sherman's play 'Bent' (if you have a chance, see it, it's brilliant)

I really don't know. I tend to be very polarised in my shipping choices. Either it's 'OMGLOVE!', 'Meh, no opinion' or 'Oh, yuck'.
Top 5 Crossgen Shippings
1- Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan from the Phantom Menace, an old love.
Quite a lot of my other pairings would technically fit into this, but Star Wars is the only one in which age does play a part, rather than in, say, Raistlin/Dalamar, where Dalamar is much older that Raistlin, but it doesn't really play a part.
Top 5 "wtf that makes no sense... but I LOVE it!" Shippings
1- Laurana/Silvara. Weird.
2- Harry/Sirius.
3- Harry Snape.
4- Harry/Voldemort
I don't know if the loast three count since I don't really ship them, but sometimes I like to read a story with those pairings, and they're almost invariably bizarre)
Top 5 "I just don't feel what everyone else is feelin'" Shippings
1- Any other HP pairings, or any pairings people support fanatically. Even when I was into the fandom I never really fangirled a pairing.
2- Obi-Wan/Anakin.
3- Raistlin/Crysania (I know, I hate that pairing. But I also hate Dalamar/Kitiara, and they actually could work *shudders as she types this blasphemy* where as Raistlin and Crysania just... don't. There's no chemistry there at all)
4- Anything with Tanis in makes me yawn.
Top 5 "I hope these die" Shippings
1- Raistlin and Dalamar paired up with anyone but each other.
2- The same goes for Magneto and Xavier.
3- Xavier/Jean. I know that fits into the previous point, but I thought it deserved it's own mention. That was the biggest WTF I have ever seen in any fandom, including HP. Die. Painfully.
4- Logan/Jean/Scott love triangle.

Why do you think I specified that pairing? I've already read it and nearly threw up all over the comic. Dear God. I couldn't believe they'd come up with something /more/ warped than their version of Xavier/Magneto. But they succeeded, unfortunately for all.

Ultimate X-men is crack in a weird way, it take all the crack from the original series and feeds it to the characters. Seriously. Charles/Erik is canon, so is Charles/Jean. Wanda and Pietro are totally shagging and Magneto is insane for no good reason. It's also easier to get into than the orginal series, which is why I read it.

Obviously, it doesn't pevent me from dreaming the weirdest stuff involving them (on the tourney ground, with a cameo by Gregor Clegane's horse, just in case you wanted to know that *shudders*). Must be because I imagined them as rather pretty from the description. I rarely dream about books, but ASoIaF made me do it several times already. It's really one of the best books I ever got my hands on. Thanks once again for the recommendation!

My better dreams (if they make sense at all) involve lots of blood and violence; I rarely dream about sex scenes (maybe I read enough porn, so it's not needed to compensate for something I repress), so I woke up and was "Gah?
