Just what I listen to when getting in the mood to write, if you notice a lot of trash metal in this, I think it just suits them best (and I love trash metal):
Kill II This: Trinity - 100% Symbrock fight/fuck/disaster song, with added Catholic references!
Jimmy Eat World: Work - Sweet romance song, also a titlesong for Rousseau was Right for some reason?
Jimmy Eat World: Night Drive - Sweetly sexytimes, also more than a bit of an unhealthy co-dependent side.
Metallica: Turn the Page - 100% Eddie song. Trashfire mess with motorbike.
AC/DC: Cover You in Oil - 100% Eddie fuck song. I bet he thinks it’s sexy.
Muse: Uprising - The Rousseau was Right song. Eat the Rich!
Marilyn Manson: Blood Honey - Waaay more on the unhealthy co-dependent side here.
Bastille: Skulls - Have you guessed I love how fucked up these two are? Side order of suicide and extra codependency.
Bastille: Blame - Eddie and Venom being fucking scary. Or possibly romantic. Most likely both.
Monster Magnet: Unbroken - Venom fight/Fuck/Disaster song, emphasis on the fight but probably all three at once.
X-Ambassadors: Giants - Finally an upbeat song. This is them when they’re doing good.
Beatles: Ballard of John and Yoko - Cute domestic song, pure fluff but currently on hold because holy fuck that’s an earworm (not interested in hearing any discourse over this, I know the talking points, I still like the song)
Nickelback: Gotta Be Somebody - 100% Symbrock romance. Masses of fluff drowning in syrup song. Enjoy the cavities.
