I second the suggestion of a slave trader or similar, that'd be an interesting POV. I'm not so sure about the 9/11 terrorists, though. Their motivation seems understandable (if again, not excused) to me, and I regard your government's "revenge" (which is a ridiculous word for it) as far more evil, because it didn't even remotely hit those responsible for the attack in the first place. So, what about a modern day US general or oil company boss? For me they are prime examples of "evil" people.
