The trouble with that is that I'm already writing such a character. Me too, all the time. (That's what original fiction is for, it seems.) But I don't think it really counts, seeing as historic fiction has to be a good deal more realistic than fantasy. And Fistandantilus is cheating, anyway, because we never get to see events from his POV. >:-]
