its so rare that we dont even know how it forms other than by heat, static electricity, and humidity

You need to send this video to some climate scientists, seriously. When I was younger people didn’t even know ball lightning existed, they thought it was like UFOs or bigfoot. We’re not at the point to say ‘yes it exists but who knows wtf it is’. You video might be very helpful.
