The more I think about this Christmas,

The more I think a nice, quiet evening at Belgos or even the Oxo tower would be best. It's just going to be a mess. My mother is completely unwilling to tell my brother where to get off, and if nothing else that's going to hang a pall over the entire evening. Seriously, I have better things to do. Like dropping a brick on my foot.

Know the feeling- it's many years since I had anything to do with the parental units.

We'll be spending the holiday with himself's mum up in Scotland (assuming we can get away given the mess things are in transport wise).
