Mad Dogs and Englishmen

The problem with the Ironborn is that weird as they are, they don't strike me as a particularly homophobic culture, no more than the rest of Westeros, anyway. They're hard and tough, and seem to respect that more than anything. Asha managed to be captain of her own ship without too much trouble. It would seem to me that wouldn't care what you did as long as you could fight and sail and drink with the rest of them.
