Dragonlance: Raistlin/Crysania (you knew that was coming, but honestly, I have no idea why these two had even a partial romance, they have no chemistry). X-Men comics: Magneto/Rogue (I still see the movie characters, and that was just... ew, plus, it was just random, like, hey! Let's pair of Magneto with the first character we come across!). And for the randomness... Count of Monte Cristo: Dantes/Haydee (mate, you're three times her age, this is going from cradle snatching to paedophillia, incest too, since she sees you as her adopted father).
Fanfic pairing of Doom eh? I used to dabble in the Harry Potter fandom, which specialises in total crackfic. The worse one I ever actually read was Dumbledore/Harry, which makes me want to scrub my brain just thinking about it. Fistandantilus/Anyone also make me queasy, probably because I see the slash potential in my own fic, which was pretty unavoidable.
