Would Charles Dickens be delighted or horrified by the Muppet Christmas Carol?
I’ve said this before but even with the talking vegetables and the additional Marley, it’s an incredibly faithful adaptation
Of course Charles Dickens liked the Muppet version. He narrated it.
I’m dying
I think he might have been a bit pissed at them leaving out Ignorance and Want (which I think is the only flaw in what is otherwise my favourite adaptation) btu would have laughed his arse off at the rest.
