if andy samberg’s character in the netflix dark crystal series is – as at least a few people have speculated – a resistance-aligned skeksis…
…..doesn’t that imply the existence of an empire-aligned mystic…?
I’m fascinated with the staff. The usual Skeksis scepter has a sort of crescent moon shape serpent, representing imbalance and something unfinished. This is a full circle so may just imply this Skeksis is at least striving for balance.
I love that this is a world that goes in for this kind of detail.
