Waterstones is releasing special editions of ADWD, signed and all, from their Piccadilly store which, incidentally, has hired the original iron thrones from HBO and is giving everyone a chance to be Mad King Aerys for a day and cut themselves open on the bloody thing.

I might have gone for it if they'd done it at a sensible hour, but after a night out with the Skeptics, I have no interest in leaving the flat before it is absolutely necessary.

It was hilarious. Peter decided he wanted to get there before everyone else, so we got there at 5, two guys had been camping out there since 2 the previous day. Got the book, loving it so far.
