skull_bearerSo, there's a Dragonlance Movie in the works, out August '07. Does anyone else get that sinking feeling? I do. If *fingers crossed* it revives the fandom, then I might think it has a point, but even if that's the case, it'll probably just mean a mass immigrations of Mary-Sues into an already over-flooded fandom.
They had better do Raistlin properly, or I'll be banging on Will Meugniot's door (and skull) with a bit of steel pipe.
And do you know the most warped bit? That Meugniot's directing history involves X-men, this is just too weird. And here I thought the two fandoms had just about nothing in common.
First Dark Crystal and now this, does Hollywood hate me? (probably, I've never exactly been gushing with praise) What's going to be next? Elric? *shudders*
