skull_bearerThe best way to describe this is to imagine if one of the Fallout radio stations was being broadcast from an American version of Hot Fuzz's village with extra crazy.
It's both utterly bizarre and hilariously funny. It's not exactly scary beyond vaguely unsettling. The narrator is very sweet.
