And here I was thinking I'd read all the good Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan slash stories on the net. Clearly, arrogance is the path to the Dark side, not to mention the path to bordom.

Still, it is nice when you find a story that not only you haven't read, but that fulfills all your requirements for a good slash fic. Angst, heartbreak, eventual joy and an all-around happy ending. Incoperates all the things I love about Star Wars slash fiction, miracles, Force-bonding, two very hot Jedi and a complete re-writing of Lucas's RotS ending; but in a sensible and believable way.

Not to mention that it had the hottest illustrations.

Just what I needed after a very bad night and a (thankfully very rare) bad nightmare. Dreaming that there's been an outbreak of plague and you've just caught it and your eyes are going to rot out of your head is not conductive to a good night's rest (I wasn't able to go into the kitchen without a shudder all morning, that's where the dream took place, you see).
